Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing and placing an order with Charles Prints (operating from Revesby, NSW, Australia), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. Custom Artwork & Copyright

When you upload or submit artwork, logos, or designs through our online design studio or direct upload, you warrant that you are the rightful owner or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to reproduce the intellectual property. Charles Prints accepts no liability for copyright infringement claims arising from customer-submitted designs.

3. Order Approvals & Proofs

Once a design draft is submitted and paid for, production commences according to the approved digital mockup. Minor variations in print placement (within 5-10mm tolerance) and garment color shades due to dye lot differences are normal in textile manufacturing and do not constitute a defect.

4. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Because all items are custom printed to your exact specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing selected by the customer. If items arrive with manufacturing defects or incorrect print execution on our part, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery for inspection and replacement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Charles Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipment delays caused by third-party courier partners or force majeure events.
